Inviting teammates

From Settings → Team:

  • Invite agents by email. They receive a link to join your workspace.
  • See pending invitations and resend or revoke them.
  • Change a member’s role or remove them.

Invitations, acceptances, and declines show up in real time, and new members can work from the web dashboard or the mobile app.

Availability

Whether visitors see “an agent is online” depends on your team’s effective availability, which combines:

  1. Your availability toggle — flip yourself Available / Away from the top of the Inbox (or in Settings).
  2. Business hours — outside your configured hours, the whole team is treated as away, regardless of who’s connected.
  3. Auto-away — if you’re connected but idle past a threshold, you’re treated as away automatically.

The widget shows online human agents (and the AI reflects this when it checks availability), so visitors get an honest picture of whether a person can jump in.

Presence

Zuhile tracks who’s online across all your open tabs and devices. If you’re on the web and mobile at once, you count as online once, and going offline everywhere flips your presence after a short grace period.
