The Zuhile mobile app lets your team handle support on the go — the same inbox, tickets, and realtime, in your pocket.
What you can do
- Inbox — see conversations live, take over, reply, and resolve. Pull to refresh; new messages and handoffs arrive in real time.
- Tickets — browse, filter, and update status, priority, and assignee.
- Notifications — a bell with an unread count and a full notification center for handoffs, assignments, new tickets, and SLA alerts. Tapping a push opens the relevant conversation.
- Availability — flip yourself Available/Away so visitors see whether a human is online.
- Account & settings — update your profile and photo, choose notification alerts, snooze, and sound, and switch light/dark theme.
Notifications
Push notifications alert you to handoffs, assignments, new customer replies on chats you own, new tickets, and SLA breaches. You control exactly what buzzes your phone in Settings → Notifications — muting a type still records it in your in-app notification list, it just doesn’t send a push.
Signing in
Agents are invited to a workspace (there’s no sign-up in the app). Accept the invite, then sign in with your email and password. Availability, presence, and your inbox stay in sync with the web dashboard.
