Zuhile documentation
Zuhile is an AI customer-support platform. It pairs an AI agent that resolves customer questions — grounded in your knowledge base — with a full human help desk: a shared inbox, tickets, analytics, and an embeddable chat widget for your website.
This documentation is in two parts:
- Platform guide — how your support team uses the dashboard: the inbox, the AI agent, the knowledge base, tickets, team availability, settings, and analytics.
- Chat widget — how to embed the widget on your website, configure its appearance, and control it from JavaScript.
How it fits together
- A visitor opens the chat widget on your website.
- The AI agent answers from your knowledge base. It can check whether a human is online, remember the conversation, and ask if it resolved the issue.
- If it can’t help — or the visitor asks for a person — it hands off to your team, who take over from the inbox (on the web dashboard or the mobile app).
- Unresolved issues become tickets; everything is measured in analytics.
